１９５２年創業で、季節毎の菓子類はもちろん、平塚観光協会推奨銘菓「不老」をはじめとしたオリジナルの菓子類を作っているのが強みだと思います。

豆大福、どら焼きなどを購入しましたが、どれも甘く美味しくいただけました。また、こちらの商品は近辺のSA/PAなどでも販売しており、どれも美味しそうです。
店舗前には駐車スペースはありませんが、裏通りで交通量が少ないため、短時間であれば停車して買い物できそうです。
こちらのお店は、国道1号線沿いにある「新杵」さんと関係あるらしく。戦前に戸塚の方でやっていた旧「新杵」が閉店後、今の「新杵」になる際、番頭さんが新しくお店を出す時に同じ「杵」をつけて開店したとのこと（お店のおばあさんに伺いました）。

I bought Mame Daifuku and Dorayaki, but they were all sweet and delicious. In addition, this product is also sold at nearby SA / PA, etc., and they all look delicious.
There is no parking space in front of the store, but there is little traffic on the back alley, so it seems that you can stop and shop for a short time.
This shop seems to be related to "Shinbuchi" along Route 1. After the old "new pestle" that was used in Totsuka before the war closed, when it became the current "new pestle", the clerk opened the store with the same "pestle" when opening a new store ( I asked the grandmother of the shop).

不老は縁起が良さそうだし、餡とザラメが絶妙甘さを演出。
包装もしっかりしたもので、お土産にも喜ばれます。
平塚からの手土産にピッタリではないでしょうか。
