数週間前に予約し、確認の連絡を予約の前日と2時間前にして、問題ないと言われたのに時間通りにお店に到着すると30分待たされました。
お詫びもなし。
また、個室で予約しましたが、通された部屋は予約した人数ではギュウギュウでした。無理やり入れようとしないで、最初から断って欲しかったです。それなのに近くの宅に別の客を入れてきてうんざりでした。
 I used it for a group reservation about 2 years ago.
I made a reservation a few weeks in advance, contacted the confirmation two hours before the day before the reservation, and when I arrived at the shop on time even though I was told that there was no problem, I had to wait 30 minutes.
No apology.
Also, I made a reservation in a private room, but the number of people I booked was squeaky. I wanted you to decline from the beginning without trying to force it in. However, I was tired of having another customer in a nearby house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチでエビチリ定食（660円）を頂きました。同一価格は他に麻婆豆腐・チャーハン・カルビ丼・さば塩焼きの計5種類。全部で12種類。
大盛ごはん・わかめの味噌汁・サラダ・おつけものが付いて、オーダーから7分程で提供。
一人前ずつ自家調理ではないのでしょうが、エビはプリプリでまずまずの仕上がり。
セットドリンク110円、喫煙室もあるので、安く上がりました。
ごちそうさまでした。
I had a shrimp chili set meal (660 yen) for lunch. There are 5 other types with the same price: mapo tofu, fried rice, rib bowl, and grilled mackerel. 12 types in total.
Served with large rice, wakame miso soup, salad, and pickles in about 7 minutes from the order.
It may not be cooked in-house for each person, but the shrimp is pre-prepared and has a decent finish.
The set drink is 110 yen, and there is a smoking room, so it went up cheaply.

他の店員さんは問題ないし、料理もいいのに。
お客が気持ち良くなるよう、もてなす心がないんだよね。
Even in such a self-restraint mood, even though I often go there, the attitude of Ossan at the cash register at night is too bad.
The other clerk has no problem and the food is good.
I don't have the heart to entertain customers so that they feel good.

お座敷がいいといい予約しましたが、またかのテーブルと椅子席でした。別に混んでいたわけではないため代えてほしいと頼んだら、舌打ちされました。
それに頼んでもないメニューがきたり、頼んだものがこなかったり大変でした。楽しめませんでした。
I made a reservation with 4 people before.
I made a reservation that the tatami room was good, but it was another table and chair seats. It wasn't crowded, so when I asked for a replacement, I was struck by my tongue.
It was hard because I got a menu that I didn't ask for, and I didn't get what I asked for. I couldn't enjoy it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great izakaya for all-you-can-eat when you have people with food restrictions in your group. A few dishes are pre-selected but other than that you can choose from a wide menu, and order more as long as there's no food left on the table. The food was good and they had some things which are not super common in izakayas (like mushrooms grilled on your personal grill!). Price was also reasonable. Would definitely recommend. Just be aware that it can get very loud as lot of students and students' clubs go there to drink.
