★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 全くもって理不尽な事を次々に要求してくる、意味不明な会社。
・勤務時間を調整するために、嘘をついて当日欠勤をしろと言う
・退職することを上司や他のスタッフに話すなと言う
大人として著しくモラルに欠ける行為を強いてくるってどういうこと？普通にパワハラでしょう。
反論すれば恫喝まがいの発言を返してくるので恐ろしい。
禍根を残さないように辞めてもらう努力をするという発想はないよう。
何より金儲けが全てで、良心も誠意もあったものじゃない。

・ Lie and tell them to be absent on the day to adjust their working hours
・ Tell your boss and other staff not to tell you to retire
What does it mean to force an act that is extremely unmoral as an adult? It will be power harassment normally.
If you argue against it, it will return a false statement, which is scary.
There seems to be no idea of trying to get them to quit so as not to leave a stigma.
