契約前はどこよりも安くするとか、サービスで付けますとか、いいことばかり言うけど、契約した途端対応が悪くなる。
こちらからの問い合わせに対しても、1、2週間待っても連絡が来ないので、毎回催促の連絡をするハメに。
いくら他より安くてもここと契約するのはオススメしません。

若くて少し見た目が怖い金髪気味な女性スタッフに対応して頂いたのですが、見た目と全然違いとても親身になって対応してくださいました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 不良箇所を事前に教えてくれない。入居後に初期不良を連絡しても「そのまま使え」との対応を何度か受けている。連絡も遅いし業者との伝達ミスなど多く、こちらから催促しないと無かったことにされた場面が何度かあった。どうしてもココという理由がなければ、もっと知名度のある不動産屋をおすすめする。
