L	Laboマロン on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日は開いていればラッキー普通はClosed。「栗駒正藍染め」の体験施設です。藍染のハンカチと山菜を買いました。琴の演奏会などが開催された事もありました。藍染め体験(予約制)ができ、オリジナルな藍染めハンカチがその日に持ち帰れます。売店ではコースター、のれん等が購入できます。食事も美味しい。日本でここにしかない施設なので星5つ建物の隣には日本最古の染色技法「正藍冷染（しょうあいひやぞめ）」を受け継ぐ千葉家があります。藍染めは一般的に人工加温(藍甕を温めて、藍を人工的に発酵させること)をして、一年中染めることができますが、この地区の染め方は、奈良時代に行われていたという自然の染色法、正藍染です。藍を大桶に入れて自然発酵させて染める原始的な方法で、自然発酵の可能な夏の2ヶ月間だけしか染めることができません。つまり、藍は夏の気温の中で、自ら発酵するのです。この方法を継承し実践していたのが千葉あやのさん。昭和30年に重要無形文化財保持者(人間国宝)に認定されました。そのときは、「正藍冷染(しょうあいひやぞめ)」とよんでいましたが、昭和41年に現在の名称「栗駒正藍染」に改められました。千葉さんは、嫁ぎ先で正藍染を体得しました。原料の藍を栽培し、糸績みから染め織りまで手がけていました。立て看板も参照。ジオサイトです Lucky normally Closed if open on weekdays.
