★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先生は最高に良い方です。親身になって話を聞いてくれます。が、受付の方は本当に態度が悪いです。症状のとこで電話をかけたら内容だけ伝えて一方的に電話を切られる始末。態度を改めて欲しいです。
 The teacher is the best. They will be kind and listen to you. However, the receptionist has a really bad attitude. If you make a call at the point of the symptom, you can tell only the contents and hang up unilaterally. I want you to change your attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3歳の娘が風邪をひき、かかりつけの病院がお休みでしたので行きましたが、院内の暖房設備は止まっており、加湿器や空気清浄機の設置もなく、大変環境の悪い中で30分以上待たされたかと思いきや、スタッフの女性の方が｢マスクつけてきてって言いましたよね？｣と娘に強制的にマスクを着用。私もそんなことは言われていなかったので驚愕。ましてや3歳になったばかりの幼児で、鼻づまりで呼吸も荒く、自分で｢苦しい｣との主張もおぼつかない子に親の同意もなくそんなことをする病院スタッフの方に言葉もありませんでした。
医療従事者としての対応も疑問でした。
保育所やかかりつけ医院では、マスクの着用は強制しておらず、むしろWHOや厚生省の指示通り｢無理に着用させる必要はない｣と言われていたのでこんな対応をする知識のない小児科とスタッフにただただ残念な気持ちです。
コロナで過敏になるのも結構ですがマスク着用にばかり目が行き過ぎていると感じます。院内とても寒く、マスク着用を強制の前に病院の環境設備を整えた方がいいのではないでしょうか？
地元の親御さん達が私と同じような気持ちにならないよう病院には改善していただきたいと思いました。
私はもう2度と受診しませんが。
My 3-year-old daughter caught a cold and I went to my hospital because I was absent, but the heating system in the hospital was stopped, there was no humidifier or air purifier installed, and it was in a very bad environment 30 I thought I had to wait for more than a minute, but a female staff member forced her to wear a mask, saying, "Did you say you're wearing a mask?" I was surprised because I wasn't told that. Even more so, there was no word for the hospital staff who did such a thing without the consent of their parents to a child who was just three years old, had a stuffy nose and had difficulty breathing, and could not claim to be "painful" by himself.
I was also skeptical about how to respond as a medical professional.
Nursery schools and family clinics do not force masks to be worn, but rather, as instructed by the WHO and the Ministry of Health and Welfare, it was said that "it is not necessary to force them to wear", so to pediatrics and staff who do not have the knowledge to handle this. I'm just disappointed.
It's okay to be irritable with corona, but I feel that I'm over-focused on wearing a mask. It's very cold in the hospital, so I think it's better to prepare the hospital's environmental equipment before forcing you to wear a mask.
I would like the hospital to improve so that the local parents do not feel the same as I do.
I will never see you again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ うちは代々こちらの先生にお世話になっています。今も家族でお世話になっていますが、先生もスタッフの皆さんも明るくて優しいです。
こちらの不安もよく話を聞いてくれ、丁寧にこたえてくれるので安心です。コロナ対策もしっかりされており、母の持病も安定していて有り難く思っています。
We have been indebted to this teacher for generations. I am still indebted to my family, but the teachers and staff are cheerful and kind.
I am relieved that this anxiety will be heard well and will be answered politely. I am grateful that the measures against corona are well-established and my mother's chronic illness is stable.
