★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大抵のことはこちらで対応してもらえるので、近くにあって助かります。職員の方も丁寧な応接で好感がもてます。裏手に駐車場もあり利用しやすい出張所です。
栗原の交差点そばなので車通りが多く、信号のない横断歩道を渡らねばならないのが難点。悲しいかな横断歩道で止まる運転手はほぼ皆無ですからね
Most things can be handled here, so it's helpful to be nearby. The staff also have a good impression with the polite reception. It is an easy-to-use branch office with a parking lot on the back.
Since it is near the intersection of Kurihara, there are many traffic and it is difficult to cross the pedestrian crossing without traffic lights. Alas, almost no driver stops at a pedestrian crossing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ マイナンバー申請書類を発行してもらいに行ったら、普段やりなれてない業務だったらしく、露骨に嫌な顔をされ、「新座市役所なら申請までできますよ」と言われた。郵送かオンラインでやるつもりだし、近くだからここに来たのに、何でこの混んでる時期にわざわざ役所にたらい回しにされそうになったのか。
かなり長い時間かけて発行はしてくれましたが、やり慣れてなくて面倒だからってとりあえず追い返そうとしてたらい回ししようとするのはどうかと思う。
When I went to get my number application documents issued, it seemed that it was a task that I couldn't do normally, and I couldn't do it. I was told, "You can apply even if you are at Niiza City Hall." I'm planning to do it by mail or online, and when I'm here because it's near, why did I feel like I was going to go to the public office during this busy time?
It took me a long time to publish it, but I'm not accustomed to doing it, so it's a hassle, so I think it's a good idea to try turning around if you're trying to get it back.
