★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何の為のケアマネなのか？自分が担当している必要な情報に満足に答えられない。ボーっと立っているだけ。施設では人手不足なのは分かるが暇そうにしていた。家族が来ている前で、介護をしている者が平気で「今日は、こぼす人ばっかり信じられない！」という
発言をいう事、事態が信じられない。家族への配慮が足りない。介護職をしている以上そのような事は多々あると思う同じ介護職をしている立場として、どのような教育指導をしているのか考えものだ。またできるだけ家族の方は来てほしいと、どういった意図なのか説明がない。実際行くと褥瘡ができており体位を変える事をしているのか目を疑う。何度もいうが介護側はお喋りに夢中。これではまるで家族に手伝いをさせる様にみえる。特別養護老人ホームというが、こんな事では利用者の家族に頼りすぎている特養に入れなければ良かったと後悔するばかり。通常、特養には苦情処理窓口が設置されているが、何も説明がなかった。一人だけテキパキと動く人がいても連携がとれないのでは？と疑問に思った。

I can't believe the situation. Insufficient consideration for family. I think that there are many such things as long as I am a caregiver. I think what kind of education instruction I am doing as the same caregiver position. There is no explanation of what the family wants to come. If you actually go, you have a pressure ulcer and doubt whether you are changing your position. Many times, the caregiver is crazy about talking. This seems to help the family. It is called a special nursing home for the elderly, but in such a situation, I just regret that it was good if I didn't enter into special care that relies too much on the user's family. Usually, special treatment has a complaint handling window, but there was no explanation. Even if there is a person who moves with just one person, isn't it possible to work together? I wondered.
