ここタクシーは乗らない方がいいです。
どこからどこまでと言われても近くなれば、右行きますか左行きますかと分からなければ、確認するのは当たり前なのにしないし。運転すごく荒いです！。ここのタクシーに乗ってあざ出来ました。

配車到着の予定時間の倍待っても配車されないので、再度電話すると男性が謝りもせずに、いまから配車しまーす、と。
結局目的地の到着時間は歩いた時と変わらない時間でした。急いでるからタクシー呼んでるし、配車手数料も310円払ってるのに意味が無い。
後で知ったのですが、川崎タクシーの系列らしく、ここと川崎タクシーの電話は同じ所で受けてるそうです。
またここに繋がったら嫌なので、今まで川崎タクシーを利用していたのですがやめます。
前も同じことがあったので本当は星1つも付けたくないです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新百合周辺でMOVを使うとこちらのタクシーか高砂交通のタクシーが来ます。運転手さんは親切で良い人が多いと思います。配車室が酷いという意見がおおいですが、最近はアプリでしか呼ばないので特にそんな意見は思ったことがないです。

夜、新百合から乗車する際はコスモ交通に気をつけてください。この運転手いつか事故りますね。

知り合いからここのタクシーと事故に遭った時の話を聞いて、路地裏の30キロ道路を60キロとかで走っていると聞き流石に嘘だと思っていましたが、本当でした。
アクセルもブレーキも急すぎて乗り心地も最悪。
運転手の対応も最悪でした。
2度と乗りたくない。
コスモ交通は今後避けて行こうと思います。
