久々、平日の13時くらいにランチで伺いましたが、天丼しかランチメニューは無かったのが残念。 公式メニューではランチの種類が増えてただけにショックです。 頼んだ天丼も提供されるまでに20分以上経ってもなかなか来ないし、揚げ方もベチャベチャで油っこいしで正直ランチはもう行かないです。 レジもセルフレジになったんだし、接客もう少し頑張って欲しいなと思います。

混雑する正午を避けて開店して間もなく入店。すでに数組着席しており、発券機による自動案内ではその数組と隣接する席に案内される。 コロナ禍の中、ガラガラなのに密集して食事するのは嫌なので、離れたところにして欲しいとお願いすると、ゴチャゴチャ言わずに要望を聞き入れてもらえたのは好感がもてた。 ただ、帰り際の会計時。席で所定の手順に従い手続きを済ませ、指示に従いレジに行くと店員は不在。呼び出しチャイムも見当たらず、通りかかった店員は声がけもなく通り過ぎて、他の店員を呼んでくるでもなく、店員を捕まえるまで数分間レジで待ちぼうけをくらうこととなりました。 退店時はちょうど昼時で混み合う時刻。 ピークタイムにレジ付近に常駐するスタッフを作れないほど人手不足なのであれば、呼び出しチャイムを置くなどして、お待たせしない工夫をすべきだと思います。 また、待たせた後の「お待たせいたしました。申し訳ございません」の言葉もありませんでした。全体的に接客業としての気遣いが足りない印象。 シャリは崩れて出てくることが多く、皿から具材がはみ出ている状態で運ばれてきたり、クオリティーに難あり。 またシャリはどんどん小さくなっている印象。こんなに小さかったっけ?

平日の3時頃だったので、お寿司は回ってなくて注文して届くという形で、空いてるのに逆に時間がかかった印象でした。タッチパネルは他の方も言ってますが取り外し出来ると助かります。時間的にパネル部分に陽の光が当たって全く見えません…。スマホから注文しました。もう一回りおしぼりが大きいと嬉しいですね。お寿司は美味しいと思います。
