複数日頼みましたが日々時間に遅れて到着。やってきたドライバーは車の停車向きがどちらが最適かこちらに確認してくるレベル。発送先でも予定より遥かに遅れて到着。しかも場所を間違える。事務所に不慣れそうで不安ですが？と電話しても「運送には問題ないレベルのはずです」の回答。
最終日は留置で長距離の運送だったのですが、途中で車両トラブルがあり6時間以上の大幅な遅配。車両整備が不十分と思いますが、百歩譲って致し方ないトラブルとしても、第一報の運転手からの電話は留守電に内容も入れず、その後もこちらが気づいて返信するまで40分以上放置。その間、事務所からも一切連絡なし。遅配で遅れると指定した時間から更に一時間半も遅れ、その旨の連絡もわりと直前。途中状況も連絡なし。こちらから確認しようと連絡しても事務所は担当者不在といって対応なし。「ご迷惑をおかけしていて申し訳ありません」程度の一言もない。
運転技術・事務所の対応・トラブル時の対応、どれをとってもレベルが低いし、誠意も感じられませんでした。

Arrives far behind schedule even at the shipping destination. Moreover, the place is wrong. Are you unfamiliar with the office? Answer that "it should be a level that does not have any problem with transportation" even if you call.
The last day was detained and transported over long distances, but there was a vehicle trouble on the way, and the delay was over 6 hours. I think the vehicle maintenance is inadequate, but even if it is a trouble that I can not afford to give a hundred steps, the phone call from the driver of the first report does not put the contents in the answering machine, and after that it notices and responds more than 40 minutes Leave it alone. Meanwhile, there is no contact from the office. If you are late due to delay, you will be delayed for another hour and a half from the specified time. There is no communication on the way. Even if you contact me to confirm from here, the office is not available because there is no person in charge. There is no single word about “I ’m sorry for the inconvenience”.
The level of driving skills, office response, and trouble handling was low, and sincerity was not felt.
