スタッフさんの意識の高さとモチベーションは恐らく全国トップクラスだと私は思います。一人一人が問題意識と課題を持って仕事に取り組む姿は尊敬に値します。
最初は悪名高いJAグループの運営する施設なので、正直マイナスの印象しかありませんでした。がそれは誤解でした。施設の人がしっかりしているので、母体とは別組織のように思えてしまいます。これからも地域のために是非頑張ってかつどうを続けていただきたいです。
High conscious welfare facilities
I think that the height and motivation of the staff's consciousness is perhaps the top nationwide class. The way each person tackles work with a problem consciousness and challenges deserves respect.
At first it was an infamous facility operated by the infamous JA group, so there was only an impression of honesty minus. That was a misunderstanding. Because the people in the facility are solid, it seems like a different organization from the mother. I would like to continue doing my best to continue for the area for the future.
