市役所の東駐車場が無料開放されていますが、歩くと15分ほどかかりますし、空いていればここに停める方が便利です。

事前にどこが一番安いか調べて、30分100円で美観地区に近いここにしました。
コロナ前の観光シーズンは、どこの駐車場も日中は混雑していたそうです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 倉敷駅より(北より)に入り口が移動されてますが、おそらく数台でも路上停車を無くするための工夫だと思われます。美観地区までも距離は変わりございません。^^;
気をつけてください。
美術館に図書館、自然史博物館に隣接する地下一階地上一階の駐車場は、美観地区にほど近く、週末は観光客の入庫待ちで１車線が渋滞のため、南から倉敷駅方面へ北上する向きで入庫待ちがベストですが、今日はガラ空きです。
日中最大820円は美観地区をゆっくり散策できますね。地下の方が若干車幅スペースに余裕があるでしょうか。
図書館へ本を返す人は、入口手前を右へ進み専用スペースにて無料です。
