d	desire on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 働く人を大事にしない。社員以外は奴隷扱い。面接や見学時ににこやかで優しかった総務の女性社員が、勤務初日に別人のように私とあなたは違うと言う態度と物言いだったのが衝撃だった。会社側がこんな風なので、派遣された側は仕事に誰も熱意を持たないし助け合いもしない。理由もろくに聞かずに怒るしかしない社員の顔色ばかり見て雰囲気は最悪。皆見て見ぬふりという感じでした。今の時代、派遣は協力しにきてくれているとウソでも言ってくれる会社が多くなってきましたが、働かせてやってるから有り難く思えとという時代錯誤な姿勢全面出しの会社です。ペナルティも厳しく、いつも目を光らせて監視下に置かれています。とても窮屈で息苦しい雰囲気は異様です。社員の方々はよその会社を見たことがあるのでしょうか、びっくりしますよ。数年前の体験ですが、働く意欲を削がれる、私の中でワースト3に入る派遣先です。 Don't take good care of working people. サ	サウザー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 上野工場ではないですが、以前働いていました。他の方も仰っている通り、人を大事にしません。皆他部署や上司のご機嫌を伺いながら働いています。自分を守る為なら部下に泥水を飲ませます。有給も自由に取れません。大切な人の葬式ですら出席は許されません。友人が死んだとかなんとかって嘘のメールを無理矢理打たされ、葬式の前の日に死顔を拝んだだけでした。しかも欠勤扱い。連休前の金曜が葬式で、連休に繋げて休む事が許されなかったからです。一生忘れないでしょう。毎年墓の前で謝り続けています。無理にでも休めばよかったと、その時の自分を責めます。同じような思いをする人が増えないよう祈るばかりです。本当にここはおすすめしません。 It's not the Ueno factory, but I used to work.
