展示も非常に見やすく、参加型のものもありました、お土産もとても素敵でした。
エスプレッソティーラテはとても美味しくファンになってしまいましたね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネットで予約してマイカーで工場見学に行きました。見学者の車は正面玄関から左折して２０台ぐらいが収容できる小さなパーキングに駐車します。守衛さんに工場見学に来ましたと告げると、道案内してくれます。工場見学参加者は園児や小学生とそのパパ・ママが多かったです。小さな子供たちが楽しめる内容の工場見学です。工場見学に参加するには電話もしくはネットによる予約が必要です。工場見学ではペットボトルを空気で膨らまして型どる成形方法やラベルを蒸気で収縮させて貼り付ける方法などを実際にマシーンを目の前で操作して見学できます。この工場ではペットボトル作りから紅茶の完成品まで一貫して作っています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 少し早く着きましたが守衛さんも案内の人も丁寧に対応をして頂きました。 案内についても説明に動画を使っていたり子供が飽きずに聞いていられ、また大人もなるほどと感心する内容でした。 お土産も登録したら貰えるスプーンなど色々最後まで楽しめました♪

東京ドーム２個分の広さがあるとはビックリです。敷地は広くても、工場見学はコンパクトにまとめられていて、とても見学しやすかったです。
最初にグループごとに記念撮影をするのですが、これが最後に素敵なお土産に変わりました。
工場見学は調査委員になって、午後の紅茶のことをいろいろと体験していきます。見学するのはペットボトルにお茶が詰められた後の状態からしか見ることができませんが、ペットボトルを目の前で作ったり、パッケージを蒸気で密着するのを自分達で作ってみたりと、いろんな体験ができるので、充実した工場見学でした。
今回は土曜日に見学にいったのですが、生産ラインが稼働していて、大量のペットボトルが流れていく様子はとても楽しかったです。工場見学は土日は動いていないことが多いので、これは嬉しかった。
見学のあとは、“魔法の自動販売機”で好きな午後の紅茶を２本飲むことができます。
また、子供には文房具のプレゼントもありました。
とても楽しい工場見学でしたが、売店がないのが唯一残念なところ……

The children also had a stationery gift.
It was a very enjoyable factory tour, but the only disappointment is that there are no shops...
