私は酸味の少ない深煎り系が好きなのですが、季節によっても飲みたい味は変わってくるし、提案を聞きながら毎月購入しています。最近はカロシトラジャ、ペルーカフェオルキデア、タンザニア、エスプレッソブレンドを注文しています。体調悪い時はデカフェコロンビアも常備。このデカフェは結構イケます。

I like the low roasted deep roast type, but the taste I want to drink changes depending on the season, so I buy it every month while listening to suggestions. Recently I've been ordering Caro Citraja, Peruvian Cafe Orquidea, Tanzania and Espresso Blend. If you feel unwell, decaf Columbia is always available. This decaf is pretty cool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 生豆から珈琲をひいてくれます。店主の方が珈琲に詳しく気さくな方でたくさんお話ししてくれました。はじめ珈琲の抽出カス再利用として臭わない肥料に興味を持ち、そのお仕事に福祉関係の方も携わってとビジネスモデルに興味がありましたが、いただいた珈琲があまりに好みのもので驚きました♪
