★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夕方に入りました。昼飯を食い損ねて開いている店を探して、やっているのを発見。流石にお客はいません。
だいぶ年期の入った店で、昔ながらの中華屋って感じですね。メニューは色褪せていますが、種類は豊富。カツ丼、オムライス、カレーライス等々、中華以外のメニューも有りました。
テーブル３席に小上がりが２席。今は見掛けない古い椅子とテーブルです。昭和を感じますね。
頼んだのは《半チャーハン+ラーメン》のセットに《餃子》を注文。1100円です。
《ラーメン》
鶏ガラと鰹節等の魚介を合わせたスープみたいですね。具はチャーシュー、ナルト、メンマ、ホウレン草、葱。味も具材も昔ながらのラーメンです。割りと好みの味でした。チャーシューが歯応えを残した物なのは嬉しいですね。
《半チャーハン》
半チャーハンにしては、やや量が多いです。しかし、かなり水分が多くて、米が解れていません。またカニカマやチャーシュー等、味の濃い具材を使っているので、私には濃い味付け。シンプルな味のパラパラなチャーハンが好きなので、これは残念でした。
《餃子》
かなり具材を細かく刻んだタイプ。餡に付けた味も濃い目で、私の口には合いませんでした。
チャーハンと餃子は口に合いませんでしたが、ラーメンは好みでした。また来たとしたら、ネギラーメンか定食を食べてみたいですね。

It's a very old store, and it feels like a traditional Chinese restaurant. The menu is fading, but there is a wide variety. There were also non-Chinese menus such as katsudon, omelet rice, and curry rice.
There are 3 small seats and 2 small seats. These are old chairs and tables that I don't see now. I feel the Showa era.
I ordered "Gyoza" from the "Half fried rice + Ramen" set. It is 1100 yen.
"ramen"
It's like a soup with chicken shell and seafood such as bonito flakes. The ingredients are char siu, naruto, menma, spinach, green onion. Both the taste and ingredients are traditional ramen. It was a taste I liked. I am glad that the char siu has a chewy texture.
《Half fried rice》
For half fried rice, the amount is rather large. However, it is very moist and the rice has not been melted. Also, since I use ingredients such as crab sticks and char siu that have a strong flavor, I give them a strong flavor. This was disappointing because I like the simple, fluffy fried rice.
"Gyoza"
A type in which the ingredients are finely chopped. The taste of the bean paste was so strong that it didn't fit my taste.
I didn't like fried rice and dumplings, but I liked ramen. If I come back again, I would like to try Negira Ramen or a set meal.
