ベ	ベアーウルソー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日ぎっくり腰なり急遽朝一で予約して行きました。駐車場は2台停めれるのかな？ 2台分のスペースがあり、歩道が広めなので通りから駐車場に入ってバックで余裕で駐車できました。(軽四です) 歩くのもやっとなのですが、駐車場すぐ横に入り口があり、中に入り軽い問診を記入。座るのもキツかったのですが、受付の方が「座るの大変であれば立ったままで大丈夫ですよ」と言っていただき、自分が座るのキツイと言う前だったのでスムーズに書けました。それからすぐ鍼灸師さんに連れられ、今自分がどー動いたらどのように痛いかを動きながら確認した後、ベットに横になり腰、お尻等に針をしていただきました。刺した感覚は全くなく、そこから一つずつ針に電気を流してもらい、全部流し終わった瞬間「右側が悪いですね」、、、すぐわかるんだと思い10分間そのまま電気を流しました。終わってから、始める前に確認したのと同じように、動いて痛い部分を確認し、痛い部分には腰を触ったり針を刺したりしてほぼ痛みがなくなり歩いたりできるようになりました。違和感は残りましたが、15分程度でかなり良くなりました。今回はぎっくり腰でしたが、肩も悪いため今度また利用したいです。 The other day, I got very low back and made a reservation in the morning in a hurry.
