K	Kuro Asuzone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ たまにしか利用しないのでほうっておこうかととも思ったが、あまりに酷かったので。他の人の「丁寧な対応」評価の口コミに騙されない方が良い。丁寧な対応が必要=手間のかかる用事の客、と考えるのが妥当と思われる状況です。窓口の対応が通りいっぺんで、そういう丁寧に対応するべき客と簡単に手っ取り早く済ませたい客との区別ができておらず、運が悪いと自分自身は1分以下で終わる用事で10分待たされることもありえます。窓口職員個々の対応の問題というよりも、体勢／運営管理を担う管理職のやる気のなさの問題ですね。当方が行った時もやたらと面倒くさいことを言いつける客の対応で窓口がてんてこまい（=こちらはずっと待たされっぱなし）なのに、奥の席でのうのうと座ってPCだか机の書類だかを見ていて、なんの指導的対処もなし。はがき数枚買うだけの用事に15分も待たされてもううんざりだった I only use it once in a while, so I thought I'd leave it, but it was too bad.
