Y	Y A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まず初めに1人の店員の接客が最悪。 lite-onさんでは良く買い物をさせて貰うしかなりお世話になっているが、ここは控えめに言って最悪。3月21日11:30 新しい定期券入れを買おうと思い来店し2人いるうちの店員さんの1人に有無を聞いたが、その方は丁寧に対応して下さった。定期券入れは置いていないとのことだったため来店ポイントだけ読み込んでから店を出ようとした所、もう1人の団子くくりのおばさん（40代?）がわざとらしく駆け寄ってきて店「お伺いしましょうかー？」私「あっ、ポイントだけ読み込むだけなので大丈夫ですー！」問題の対応はここから。商品購入のQRコードと来店用のQRコードが二つあるようで私は下の来店用を読み込もうとしていた所、上の購入用QRコードをスッと手で隠した。←まだここまでなら百歩譲って分かる、そういうケチな人も居るだろう。だがその後、「上は読み込まないでくださーい」（冷たい目）はぁ??????????????????????? 心底腹がたった。極端ではあるが全ての客が万引きしないか横で見張って「万引きはお辞めくださーい」と言っているようなもん。客を信頼するのが店なんじゃないのか？客が信用ならないと言うなら商品購入時のQRコードは会計時に出せば良いのではないのか？そんな工夫もしようともせず客を疑うとは..... あの店員はlite-onの恥さらしといっても過言ではない、もうあの店では何も買わない。 First of all, the customer service of one clerk is the worst. の	のぶこちゃん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022年1月5日今日camp7の18000円のダウンを買おうと思いましてライトオン神戸umieに行ってきましたが店員さんに聞いたところ売り切れですと言われ、諦め切れず三ノ宮2店に行きました。それでも無かったです?でも三ノ宮店の店員さん外国の女の方ともう1人の女の方とが他店在庫ないか確認してくれて約15ぐらい待ちました。がこんなに懸命になって調べてくれて大変感謝してますし諦めも着きました。買えませんでしたが気分は、いいです。ありがとですございましたm(_ _)m January 5, 2022 I went to Right-on Kobe umie today to buy a 18,000 yen down for camp7, but when I asked the clerk, it was sold out and I couldn't give up and went to the Sannomiya 2 store. ..
