★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 人によって感想は違うのだろうけれど、ここにはもうお願いできない。同じ世帯の中の、トイレをリフォームした時の家族が、ここに浄化槽をお願いしてそれ以来毎年世話になっている。代が変わって家族がメールを公式ホームページから送ったけれど(きちんと住所を書いて)、一向に返信が来ない。
家が田舎だから、そうした代替わりや家族の中での分担(お金を出す)が変わるものだけれど、なぜか知らないけれど、返事がない。
建前上は問い合わせフォームがあるけれど、返事をしないで、今年も点検に行きます…という具合だと思う。
問い合わせに答えないで、なあなあな関係で毎年やればよいような感じにも思える。今年の点検は別の業者さんにお願いするつもり。
とても怒りを感じるし、そういったマナーがないのだと思って、怒り以上に悲しくなりました。星1つも付けたくありません。

A family in the same household when renovating the toilet has asked for a septic tank here and has taken care of it every year since then. My family changed e-mails from my official website, but my reply did not arrive at all.
Since the house is countryside, such substitution and the sharing (money) in the family change, but I do not know why, but there is no reply.
There is an inquiry form on the front of the temple, but I do not reply and I will go checking again this year.
Do not answer the inquiry, it seems like it would be better if you do every year with a relationship that is nothing. I am planning to ask another vendor to inspect this year.
I felt very angry and I feel sad more than anger, thinking that there is no such manner of manners. I do not want to add any stars.
