★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 旧熊倉小学校雄国分校跡を改修した交流施設で、蕎麦打ち茹で方講習（2,000円、約2時間、2名から受入)と打ち立て蕎麦が食べれる。
This is an exchange facility where the former Kumakura Elementary School Ogoku Branch School has been renovated, where you can enjoy boiling buckwheat noodles (2,000 yen, about 2 hours, accepting from 2 people) and standing noodles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かなり評判も良く、美味しい雄国そばが食べられるとの事で初めて訪れました。
１１月〜１２月の新そば祭りは恒例の様で、昨年はコロナの影響により開催されておりませんでした。
本日2021.12.26はイベント最終日で、次回は春頃のご予定と。
イベント告知はＳＮＳやっていませんので、ホームページ上で確認する必要があります。
I visited for the first time because it has a good reputation and I can eat delicious Oguni soba.
The New Soba Festival from November to December seems to be an annual event, and it was not held last year due to the influence of Corona.
Today 2021.12.26 is the last day of the event, and the next time is scheduled for spring.
