ム	ムーミングルメ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 飲み会の偵察がてらランチに行ってみた。店内は全面黒い壁でダウンライトと相まってムーディーな雰囲気。目当ての牛レアカツは売り切れらしく牛タン塩焼きを注文。それにしてもカウンターに座った時からかすかに漂う臭いが気になる。なんか魚系の生ゴミの様な臭い。何の臭いだろうと暖簾越しに厨房を覗いてみたが厨房の中は手入れが行き届いてない様でかなり汚れている。カウンターに案内されたときに『直ぐにお茶をお持ちします』と言われたがなかなか来る気配がない。お姉さんが個室の後片付け始めたところを見ると完全に忘れられている模様。ようやく牛タンが来たのだがちょっとビックリ。小さめの牛タンが三切れだけ・・なにかの手違いかと思ったらそうでは無いらしい。どんだけ高級な牛タンかと思って一切れ食べてみたが味がしない⁈たまたまかと思いもう一切れ食べたが完全に味付けを忘れている。今までいろんな店に行ったけどここまでの店はなかった。お店の雰囲気は良いのだが飲食店としての基本的な部分がね・・残念。飲み会前の偵察は他の人たちに残念な思いをさせないためにも大切だね。 I went to lunch for reconnaissance of the drinking party.
