G	God Fairy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつも通ってる行田のタバコ屋さんの対応が良かった為にこちらの接客態度が気になってしまいました。新しい巻紙を選んでいた所、「そーやってベタベタ触ったものはこっちに置いて。もう売れるかどうかわかんないから」と言われました。紙の色を確かめたくて一度開いただけなのにその様な言い方をされ、とても不愉快になりました。店側の言い分もわかるのでわざわざそんな嫌味ったらしく言わずに「一度手に取った物はこちらに置いてください」の一言で良いんじゃないのかなと思います。知識も微妙だと思います。どちらのタバコのがフレーバーが強いですか？と聞いてみたら「それは吸う人による」の一言。それは分かってます。他のタバコ屋さんではきちんと「こっちのがフレーバーは強めに作られてます」と答えてくれるので他のタバコ屋さんに比べると知識はそんなにないのかなと感じました。家からも近くて一週間に一度は買いに行けると思い口コミも良かったので初めて寄ってみたのですが人によって態度を変えるのでしょうか..？とても嫌な気持ちをしたので残念ですが行田のいつものタバコ屋さんで買うことにします。ありがとうございました。 I was worried about this customer service attitude because the tobacco shop in Gyoda, which I always go to, responded well.
