いい天気に誘われ鷲宮神社の近くにある
青毛堀川の河津桜?見に行ってきました。
5分ほど咲いてました。
これから満開に楽しみにしてます。
車の利用は鷲宮神社の無料駐車場に止めて
ゆっくりと散策できます。

I went to see Kawazu cherry blossoms on the Aogehori River ?.
It bloomed for about 5 minutes.
I am looking forward to seeing it in full bloom.
Stop using the car at the free parking lot of Washinomiya Shrine
You can take a leisurely stroll.

メジロやヒヨドリなど様々な鳥がいました。
It is along the river where Kawazu cherry blossoms are planted for about 1 km.
There were various birds such as white-eyes and bulbuls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 残念なが、桜の季節ではないです。仕事でたまに来ますが、タイミング良くとは、なかなか行きませんよね。
しかも雨。しかし、雨に濡れる景色もまた風情が有って好きです。
とは言え、晴れた日の河津桜を観てみたいものですね。
来年の春に来れたら良いな～。
Unfortunately, it's not the cherry blossom season. I come here occasionally for work, but it's hard to go at the right time.

近辺の権現堂桜堤は桜はまだまだでした。
The early blooming Kawazu cherry blossoms are in full bloom.
There were still many cherry blossoms in the nearby Gongendo Tsutsumi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022.02.22 鷲宮神社にお参りし、駐車場裏口から徒歩50m。少し覗きましたが、ゼロ分咲きでした。情報なく満開の時期を見極めるのが難しいですねえ。鷲宮さんに車停めさせてもらうのもマナー違反となると、東武鷲宮駅から徒歩となるんでしょうか？地元の方に尋ねたら,2.5kmの見事な河津桜並木になるそうです。
2022.02.22 Visit Washinomiya Shrine and walk 50m from the back entrance of the parking lot. I took a peek, but it bloomed for zero minutes. It is difficult to determine when it is in full bloom without information. If it is a violation of etiquette to have Mr. Washinomiya park the car, will it be a walk from Tobu Washinomiya Station? If you ask the locals, it will be a wonderful 2.5km row of Kawazu cherry blossom trees.

川沿いを運転しましたが、全体的に2分咲という所です。
まだ1週間後でも大丈夫ですね。
It looks like around 10:50 on March 4, 2022.
I drove along the river, but overall it's a two-minute bloom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鷲宮神社に、車を置いて鷲宮神社参拝後に見てきましたが、川沿いに菜の花と河津桜が満開できれいでした。川の両側に咲いてたらもっと綺麗なのになーと思ったので星4つです。
I put a car at Washinomiya Shrine and saw it after visiting Washinomiya Shrine, but the rape blossoms and Kawazu cherry blossoms were in full bloom along the river and it was beautiful. I thought it would be more beautiful if it bloomed on both sides of the river, so it has 4 stars.
