クレジットカードが使えるクオール薬局がある。
ものすごく具合が悪い時、処方箋を持ってココに行くとまず、問診票にアレルギーの有無などを記入する事になるのだが、
住所氏名電話番号、さらにはフリガナまで、基本情報を こと細かに記入するよう求められるのはとってもツライ。
熱発している患者の身になってほしい。
保険証を提示しているのだから、アレルギーの有無の確認だけで充分のはずではなかろーか？
