★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1ヶ月以上前の事なので今はどうかわかりませんが、入っても挨拶もありませんし、花を注文しようとレジに行き、すみませんと声をかけると初めて顔を上げて面倒くさそうに対応してくださいました。アルバイトらしき若い女性だったので皆がそうとはかぎりませんが。最初から最後まで一切笑顔もなく、花の説明もこちらが噛み砕いて聞くまで口を閉ざしたまま…。嫌なら辞めればいいのに。ここで花を買おうとしたことを後悔しました。切花はたくさん種類があり新鮮ですが、お店には買う行為も含めた満足度を求めてしまうので今後の利用はあり得ません。

新しく入った背の高い髪の短い店員「だけ」は確かに腹が立ちます。他の以前からいる店員さんたちはとても素晴らしい方々です。
だが奴だけはもうダメです。
普段から不愛想なのと、たまに来る本社の社員とうるさく私語を話していらっしゃいませも言わないというフザけた態度なのはスルーしていましたが
先日、奴に予約していた花束を作り忘れられてしまい、妻の誕生日に予約していたレストランに遅刻しそうになりました。
他の愛想の良い店員さんなら許すところですが、こいつのこれ迄の態度からして、非常に腹が立ちました。
こちらとしては、「普段から適当にやってるからそういうミスするんだよ」という気持ちです。
せっかくこれまで気持ち良く花を買っていたのに、非常に残念です。
再度いいますが、他の店員さんたちはとても感じが良く、素晴らしい接客をしてくれます。
ただ、奴がいるかと思うと正直足が遠のいてしまいます。

昔からいる店員さん達は皆とても感じが良く、もう長い事通わせて頂いています。お気に入りのお花屋さんです。
