★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I went, there were a bunch of shops and food stands at the base of the building. The observatory is included with the Osaka Amazing Pass. This is definitely one of the spots you want to visit if you do have the pass. This building provides a nice expansive view of Osaka. Unfortunately, the garden was being renovated when I went, but the views are still worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful place in Osaka to enjoy night view of the city. It's really divine when you get to the roof top. Last admission is 10pm and it is closed at 10.30pm..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic view of the city, also worth it to visit it around sunset (although many others will have the same idea and it can be crowded). The lounge/bar is not that special and lacks atmosphere. A nice cocktail-bar with comfortable lounge chairs would be a great addition to stay longer in this place and enjoy the view with a nice drink. Beware though, there is no eating/drinking allowed on the outside deck!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a little tricky to find this place. It's behind the Westin hotel. In the west tower, you'll have to take an elevator all the way to the 39th floor to get a ticket to see the observation platform

There is a cafe and the top floor is open and round

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We didn't go on the top. You could go on 35F and then take on escalation to 38F. It's souvenir shop and can see city view with free. If you pay 1500yen, you can go to top, it's outdoor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really beautiful view. Like everyone else says, it's best to come during sunset. The sky is gorgeous. If you come in the winter, come prepared with some warm clothes. The ticket to enter the observatory place is ¥1,500. They've got the little love lock fence where you can buy a lock and lock it to the fence, although I don't know how much they cost. They have a gift shop up there with some souvenirs andna lot of Japan themed goodies. They also have a cafe so you can make the most out of your money by chilling inside and enjoying the view.
