持ち帰ってさっそく焼いてみた
シャキシャキした食感のがごしょいもなのかな？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本日5月3日から陸前高田の牡蠣が食べられる！ということで早速向かいました。
「日本一美味しい牡蠣」という宣伝だったので期待に胸を膨らませ！
産直の正面には牡蠣のテント、沖縄のサーターアンダギーや唐揚げのブース、たこ焼きのブース、焼きウインナーのブースがありました。ウインナーは美味そうでした。沖縄は特に魅力は感じられず、オリオンビールには心惹かれましたが、車だったので残念。
牡蠣を見ると殻付き生牡蠣を10個1500円で購入できるようでした。
蒸し牡蠣は1個200円 作っているところを見るとお湯にドップリ浸かってた！蒸し ではなく茹で牡蠣でした？
実食、先ずはデカイ！ぷりっぷり感が半端ない！
頬張るとふわふわの食感と適度な磯の香り。
とっても美味しいんだけど、煮ているせいか味が薄い。勿体ないな！ 焼きか蒸しで食べたかった。
産直はいつも通りだけど、食堂が打ち止めになったので、食事が出来ず、牡蠣だけ食べて帰ったきました。

地域は「ごしょいも」の産地。
血糖値を下げる効果の有る成分を含むごしょいも餃子は沢山食べてもカロリーゼロ？？

地元民はもちろん、沿線を走るドライバーさんたちの休憩場所にもなっています。
口内地域で採れた季節の野菜、北上市内のお店で作られたお菓子、パン、惣菜、お酒やお花、生活必需品も少しですが置いてあり、地域の人たちはよく買い物に訪れているよう。
一度入ってみたかった食堂。
メニューを見て産直のレジで食券を買うシステム。
麺類、定食も豊富にあり迷ってしまう。
家族にオススメされた塩ラーメンを注文。
野菜と海藻たっぷりで550円。
豚汁定食もご飯おかわり自由で550円。
土曜日の13時近くはほぼ満席でした。
13時を過ぎてからはだいぶ空きが。
塩ラーメンは少ししょっぱいけど大満足です。
焼肉定食を食べた息子も、素朴な味付けで気に入ったそうです。
次は何を食べようか楽しみです。
