最初はひじき入り？と思ったのですがご主人に聞いたところ豆を歯が弱い人でも食べやすいように潰して入れた餅との事。
中のあんこの甘みと塩気の効いた餅の相性が良くさっぱりした後味でした。
 We sell rice cakes and red rice at stores.
Is it hijiki at first? I thought, but when I asked my husband, it was a mochi made by crushing beans so that even people with weak teeth could easily eat them.
The sweetness of the bean paste inside and the salty rice cake go well together, and it was a refreshing aftertaste.
