あ	ありやせ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 山くじらを頂きに行きましたか、売り切れでした…平日の昼過ぎだったからかな？そこで、山くじらとは生物学的には親戚になる(?)豚肉を頂こう…ということで、石見ポークのトンカツとカツ丼を頂きました。トンカツは、お肉は少し薄目のスライスでしたが、しっかりとした旨味と甘みがある美味しいもので、ムダに厚い衣を付けてそのお肉の良さを台無しにすることもなく、とても美味しくサックリと揚げてありました。カツ丼は、丼つゆでトンカツを煮込むのではなく、玉子あんを揚げたてのトンカツの上からかけるタイプ。風味よくサクサクの石見ポークカツが丼つゆでを吸い込んでべちょべちょの台無しになっておらず、とても美味しく頂けます。ランチに付けたコーヒーも、…100円でしたからあまり期待してなかったですが…ちゃんとドリップしたものでしょう、美味しかったです。お店の雰囲気や店員さんのプロ意識が伝わる接客姿勢、窓からの風景も含めて、とても良いお店でした。 Did you go for the mountain whale or it was sold out ...
