★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 40年ほど前より利用しています。以前、市内にはホ―ムセンターが2店舗しかなく、中学生の頃は母親が仕事から帰って来るのを待ち焦がれ、「お願い」をして車でクボホ―ムセンターに連れて行ってもらつた記憶がとても懐かしいです?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かつて、とうちゃんの店と並んで気仙沼の２大ホームセンターの地位を築いた店。独占だったのでやりたい放題でも儲かっていた。
しかし、ダイシンにホーマックと大手が進出してくると客離れが加速。
ホームセンターとしては成り行かなくなり食品系の安売り店へシフトしていったが、日用品や金物などの品揃えも残っている状態。
外観を見るに痛々しい佇まいで自転車操業中の模様。
田舎の商店的な対応や感じで、チェーン展開してる所とは比較にならない。
浜田屋、片浜屋、菅運・ジャンボ、駅前みうらストア･･･
よき時代に稼いだ面子。どれも今はない。
腰低く健全経営していれば生き残れた地域の店も多い。
