お店に入ると、お菓子の材料(粉糖、アーモンドスライス、くるみ、マルサンの国産無調整豆乳、わらび粉、オレンジキュラソーなどのリキュールなどなど)や道具(レモンケーキの型やシフォンケーキをそのまま焼いて蓋までついていてプレゼントできる紙型や、レモンケーキ専用の袋などなど、、パン作りに使う小麦粉や低糖と高糖用のドライイーストなど、マニアックな道具や材料もあります。品数が少ない時もありますが、店員さんに聞くと奥から持ってきてくれたり、1キロとか10キロとかお店用の大容量な量の注文も可能だそうです。
パン教室も4種類ほどされており、内容を見るとお値段もお手頃でした。
昔からあるなぁ〜と思いながらいつも素通りしていましたが、店員さんも親切で良いお店ですよ〜♬
ネットでなんでも買える時代ですが、丸亀ではあまりお菓子の材料などの専門店ってないので貴重なお店です。欲を言えば、もう少し材料などの品数が充実してくれたら嬉しいです♬
