★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 八木駅から約1.5km徒歩約15分。駐車場は無料ですが、約100台程度ですので大きな大会では直ぐに満車になります。大型車駐車場はありません。またTimesなど駐車場はありません。
施設は普通の体育館です。近くにコンビニはありません。一番近いのが大堰橋を渡った「スーパーまつもと」（片道徒歩約10分）です。
ここまでの大型車のアクセスは、八木駅前交差点～大堰橋まで旧道は狭いので一つ北側の橋から（八木東IC方面）を利用すると安心ですね。
休館日は毎月第3水曜日、及び年末年始（12/28～1/4）外部の民間指定管理者により管理されています。
About 1.5km from Yagi station, about 15 minutes on foot. The parking lot is free, but since there are about 100 cars, it will fill up quickly in big competitions. There is no large car parking lot. There is no parking lot such as Times.
The facility is an ordinary gymnasium. There is no convenience store nearby. The closest is "Super Matsumoto" (about 10 minutes on foot one way) across the Osegi Bridge.
The access for large vehicles up to this point is safe if you use the bridge on the north side (in the direction of Yagi-higashi IC) because the old road is narrow from the intersection in front of Yagi Station to Osegi Bridge.
The museum is closed on the 3rd Wednesday of every month and during the year-end and New Year holidays (12 / 28-1 / 4) by an outside privately-designated manager.

Let me use it in the mini basketball game. There is a parking lot and a waiting room in front of you, and it is a very convenient gymnasium.

京都縦貫道の八木東から車ですぐなのでアクセスは悪くありません。京都市内から下道でもそう遠くはありませんし、田舎の風景を楽しみながらドライブ気分で向かいました。
駐車場はそれほど多くなくて30〜40台といったところでしょうか。恐らく大会などで利用する人は車で行くので停められないこともあるかも知れません。
桂川の河川敷に公園がありますが、遊具はなく広場といった感じでした。川に降りるにも土手が高くて子どもが降りるのは難しいかも知れません。
河川敷の公園には1988年の国体が催されたときの石碑がありました。
I used it in my wife's basketball game.
It is a short drive from Yagi Higashi on the Kyoto Transit Road, so access is not bad. It's not far from Kyoto city, so I headed for a drive while enjoying the scenery of the countryside.
There aren't many parking lots, so maybe 30-40. Perhaps people who use it at competitions etc. may be unable to stop because they go by car.
There is a park on the riverbed of the Katsura River, but there was no playground equipment and it felt like a square. It may be difficult for children to get down because the bank is high even when going down to the river.
In the riverside park, there was a stone monument at the time of the 1988 National Athletic Meet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今回はコロナワクチンの集団接種で体育館に伺いました。特に代わり映えのない体育館ですが、公式のバレーボールやバスケットボールの試合が行われる施設になってます。
