P	PONPON PON on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前こちらで中古車を購入させて頂きました。納車から1週間後でエンジンはかかるのに車両が前進せずレッカーでこちらの店舗に運んでもらいその時の理由が「クラッチが滑っているから」とのこと。納車1週間でこのような症状になることに不信感を感じましたがその時は保証期間内だったので無料で修理してもらうことに。その時は謝罪のひとこともありませんでした。しかしその2ヶ月後また同じ症状になり、その時はこちらの店舗が信用できないと思い別のバイク屋で修理してもらうことに。そこでバイクの中身を見て頂くと画像のように内部のパーツがボロボロでこんな症状は見たことがないと言われました。その店舗で修理して頂き一旦解決したと思いきやまた3ヶ月後に同じ症状に。今回は再びKTM名古屋の方にレッカーして頂いたのですがまた「クラッチの滑り」の一点張り。さらに今回は保証期間外であったため修理費が5万円ほどかかると言われました。自分が以前乗っていたバイクではこんなに高頻度でクラッチの滑りなど起きなかったですしこのようなトラブルがないためにもKTMの正規ディーラーで車両の購入を決断したのに残念です。このようなこともありその場で車両の売却を決断したのですがこれまでの故障についての謝罪も一切なし。こんな不良品を平気で販売し、不備があった際に謝罪のひとこともない名古屋市唯一の正規ディーラーKTM名古屋ではバイクの購入しない方が身のためかと思います。 I bought a used car here before.
