★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 直ぐ近く(塩屋埼灯台の梺)には、当地を題材にした美空ひばりさんの楽曲「みだれ髪」の歌碑と共にひばりさんの肖像を配した碑が立ち、近づくとひばりさんの唄が流れる仕掛けがあったり、穏やかな気持ちで散策したいところ。
勿論、眼下にいわきの海岸線を一望できる塩屋埼灯台からの眺望も、一見の価値あり。

自分が、昔から見慣れた、最後の薄磯や豊間の町並みとなってしまいました。
ここに行くのに、車とすれ違うのにもやっとの道路でした。
今となっては、とても懐かしく改めて寂しさが込み上げてきます。
