胃カメラが上手。以前別の病院で胃カメラ受けたとき、苦しくて死にそうになった私。もう2度と受けたくない!と、思っていましたが、こちらの病院では大丈夫でした。 看護婦さんも、優しくて説明が丁寧。 綺麗な病院なので、お値段が高いかなと思ったけど、そんな事もなく。カードが使えるので手持ちが少なくても安心。また受ける事になったら、こちらの病院でお願いしたいです。 ただ初めて予約するときはちょっと戸惑うかも。

この医院への予約は、コンサートチケットの予約なみの俊敏性が患者側に必要で、それが無いと診察頂けません。また医師の姿勢に表裏あり・・ 高圧的で我慢ず投稿します。 豊洲と言う人口密度の高い場所に胡座をかき、一番儲かるのか、大腸検査の予約だけは熱心に入れる。結果を聞きにいこうと予約するも、ネット経由でしか予約が入らず、そのシステムも8:30から開くが、15分で埋まる。。 ITリテラシーが無ければ、難しい。。それを改善して欲しいと医師へ指摘するも聞く耳持たず。 同医院への口コミは、苦情的なものが多数あり。コメントの中身は「傲慢、怠慢、時代遅れ」等々。 私には「苦情を言ってくるのはアンタだけだ」と言われましたが、多数の方が不満に思っている実態あり。この事実が見えていないこの医師はふし目? それとも不都合な真実には目を向けたく無いのか。 病気の見逃し、誤診だけは勘弁してほしい。 よくよく、自身への振り返りと、スタッフやクリニックの運営の在り方につき、時間を持った話し合いを持たれた方がいいと思う。

ネットからの予約システムが期待外れ。月曜日9時段階で17名待ち。15分で10名になった。10時には4名待ちまで来た為、家を出て来院。そこから1時間病院で待たされた。あと、ここはPCR検査はやってません。追加診療室に入ってからも5分先生が来なかった

外からも見える大きなキリンのぬいぐるみがインパクトがあります!! 人間ドックを受診した機関からの紹介でしたが、平日の朝オープン前に既に2人外で並ばれておりました! オープンすると間もなく多くの患者で席は埋まりました。手際良く問診票の案内もありますし、宇宙兄弟などのコミックも多いので待ち時間は気になりませんでした。 医師も看護師もテキパキとした対応に、しっかりと目を合わせて下さり丁寧な説明でした(^^) 今回は人間ドック機関が予約を入れてくれましたが、次回以降はHPから予約が出来るそうで便利だと思います☆ また地下鉄有楽町線豊洲駅c1出口からもすぐでした!

他の方も書いてますが、Web予約は患者側に立ったものではなく、病院側の応対負荷を減らすためのものでしょう。これはたしかに不便さを感じますが、院長の腕は信頼出来るのと、通い易い事もあり何度となく通院しています。
