入り口のインターホンで貰えます。平日のみです。郵送も扱っている見たいですが、ダムの写真が必要です。
I got a dumb card.
You can get it from the intercom at the entrance. Only on weekdays. I also want to see it by mail, but I need a picture of the dam.

It's a good place to take a walk or jogging around the dam. There is a free parking lot, but please note that there seems to be a storm on the car.
