グ	グランド on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 隣の敷地に新築を立てているが、挨拶もなく我が家の敷地に杭が打たれており、作業者も一言もなく敷地内にて作業していた。また道具を敷地内に置きっぱなしで不在になったりしている。休憩時間はすぐそばで喫煙しているし、周りの家のブロックに腰掛けていたりと、自分たちが顧客の代わりであることの自覚がなさすぎると思う。たとえ施工そのものは別の業者だとしても、施工主として監督すべきでは。建築看板も出てない、仮囲いもなく仮設トイレが道路境目に置いてあり、子どもの遊び場状態。朝7時20分のトラックのピーピー音。雨の日だろうが繋いだままで不在のコード類。たてかけっぱなしの脚立、資材。シート無しの作業で散らかりっぱなしのゴミ。掘り返された境部分は未だにそのままで「そちらでやってください」状態。 HPには身の丈コストとかいいように書いてあるけど、実際には近所がコスト被ってるようなもん。メーカーは建てるだけかもしれないけど、これから先何十年も付き合っていく顧客にも周りの人間にも失礼だと思う。建った家は屋根が越境していて笑ってしまった。 A new construction was built on the adjacent site, but a stake was struck on the site of my house without greetings, and the workers were working on the site without a word.
