安	安藤由佳 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 派遣として2年ほど日中のライン作業をしていました。作業としてはボトルをコンベアに並べる、製品にキャップやノズルを取り付ける、完成した製品を箱につめるなどのシンプルな仕事が大半です。女性は比較的軽くて細かい仕事、男性は製品（ﾀﾞﾝﾎﾞｰﾙ）積込など多少力の要る作業に配置されます。向き不向きがありますが、私は単純作業があっていたので仕事が楽しかったです。 100名以上が仕事をされる現場なので、男性女性、年齢層、外国籍の人など様々な方がいます。作業を教えてくれる方は丁寧な方が多いです。自分と合わない方がいても日々作業場所（ライン）がばらばらになることが多いので気になりませんでした。慣れるまでは作業の流れなど覚えるのが大変な方もいると思いますが、長期で続ける方には良い職場だと思います。 I was dispatched to work on the line during the day for about two years. Women are assigned to relatively light and detailed work, and men are assigned to tasks that require some force, such as loading products (cardboard). It's not suitable, but I enjoyed the work because I had a simple task. Since more than 100 people work in the field, there are various people such as men and women, age groups, and foreign nationals. Many of the people who teach me the work are polite. Even if there were people who didn't suit me, I didn't mind because the work places (lines) often came apart every day. It may be difficult for some people to learn the work flow until they get used to it, but I think it is a good workplace for those who continue for a long time.
