★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランニング中に目撃したのだが、小太りの職員らしき男性がお年寄りを一人にさせスマホいじりニヤニヤしながら歩いていた。他にもお年寄りを無視してる職員も目撃したことがある。散歩中だろうにあの仕事ぶりはなんなんだろう、殺伐としていた。
私が利用者の親族なら許せないと思う。
そもそもあの一軒家規模の施設でどれだけのことを出来るんだろう。それだけ介護も限界値に達しているのかもしれない。職員へよ教育もままならないのかも。でも願わずにはいられぬい、将来自分が利用する時のことを考えて思いやりの気持ちで仕事をしてほしい。
 I witnessed it while running, but a man who seemed to be a fat employee left the elderly alone and was walking while grinning with his smartphone. I have also witnessed staff ignoring the elderly. I wondered what the job was like while I was taking a walk.
I don't think I can forgive if I'm a relative of the user.
How much can we do with a single-family facility in the first place? Long-term care may have reached the limit. It may not be possible to educate the staff. But I can't help but hope that I will work with compassion, thinking about when I will use it in the future.
