m	mzuzi hzknn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 二度物件を紹介して頂きました。一度目は学生の頃でその時の対応がとても良く、次の時もこちらでお願いしました。二度目も対応はとても良かったです。勧めて頂いたのが現在住んでいる木下の賃貸の物件です。この管理会社がとても対応が悪いです。物件自体も壁が薄く不具合も多いです。今回管理会社の口コミサイトを拝見したところ、この管理会社は他の会社や警察からも評判が良くないとの情報が多く見られました。口コミが全て真実とは思いませんが、実際に住んでみての不満が数え切れず、同じように感じている方が多いのが現状です。それを知っていたのか知らずになのか。知っていたら少しでも説明頂けたらありがたかったなと思います。知らないならば紹介する立場として知っておくべきレベルではないのかとも思います。最終的に決めたのはこちらです。こちらの責任なのは分かっています。対応に問題があるのも管理会社です。ただここまでひどいならもう少しデメリットも知りたかった。紹介したら終わり、契約したら終わりなんでしょうけど、対応が良かっただけにとても残念です。ただ本当に対応はとてもよい不動産屋さんです。 I was introduced to the property twice.
