N	Nao on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話対応がとにかく酷い。次から次と、電話対応の人がかわり、その都度何度も説明しないといけない。折り返し電話しますと言いわれたので、仕事中で繋がらない趣旨を伝え、繋がる時間帯を4ヶ所伝えたにも関わらず、その時間帯以外にかけてくる。仕方なく折り返しでかけ直すと、次から次と人がかわり、その都度説明のやり直し。挙げ句、今担当の人は休憩時間ですと！こちらも休憩時間に抜けて電話かけ直ししているんですけどね。アホにしているんですか？完全に人を見下してますね。 The telephone correspondence is just terrible. Oh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約段階の電話では「担当者が不在ですので折り返します」のあと音沙汰がなく、１週間かけて３回かけ直してやっとつながりました。検査当日、検査技師のみなさんの対応は明るく丁寧ですが、番号などではなくフルネームで呼ばれます。検査中は、机の上などに他の受検者の問診票が開いたまま置かれて丸見えです。また、お手洗いに汚れがこびりついていてあまり掃除されていないなと感じました。コロナ対策はいろいろしておられますが、けっこう混んでいて人と人の距離は近いです。検診の料金が安いのでここにしましたが、正直なところ「ここにして良かったな」とは思えませんでした。 On the phone at the reservation stage, there was no sound after "I will call you back because the person in charge is absent", and I made three calls over a week and finally connected. I chose this place because the examination fee is cheap, but to be honest, I didn't think it was good to be here.
