K	Kei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日の13時過ぎに入店。オムライスとコーヒーを頼んだところ「お飲み物はお先にお持ちしましょうか？」と言われたので先でお願いしました。が、先に届いたのはオムライス。コーヒーが届いたのはオムライスを食べ終わった後。なんだかなぁ…と思いました。また、男性の店員さんが、台詞だけは丁寧なものの、喋り方や声音が威圧的・ぶっきらぼうで気になりました。店員さんを呼ぶベル音が鳴るたびに「順番にお伺いいたしまぁーーーす」「少々お待ち下さぁーーーい」と大声で言うのですが、その声に感情も感じられず、とにかく面倒くさそう。歩き方も大股でドカドカと…忙しくてイライラしてるのかもしれませんがもうちょっとどうにかなりませんかね…。パンケーキを運んでいただいた時も「鉄板熱いので触らないようお気をつけくださぁーーーい」と言いながら、スキレットの鉄製の取っ手(熱い)がお客向きになるように置かれてモヤモヤ。慌てて自分で向きを変えましたが、そのままだったら触る気がなくても飲み物に手を伸ばした時などに手が触れちゃいそうで危なかったです。他のお客さんの質問に「あーそれはもうないですねー」「もうありませんからー」と四角四面に説明してる声が聞こえて、自分のことではないのにちょっと嫌な気持ちになりました。お店の雰囲気はいいし、コーヒーも料理もおいしいけど、接客に難があるのが非常に残念です。 Entered after 13:00 on weekdays. K	Koji Akita on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ モーニング時に利用。9時半くらいに行きましたが、お客さんはまぁまぁ入っておりました！一人のお客さんが多めです。ゆったりとした二人掛けのソファーもあり、過ごしやすい。静かな空間で有意義な朝を過ごすことができました。モーニングセットのパンとゆで卵で500円ほどなので最高でした。 Used during morning. There are many single customers. Turn on the power and get the job done! Much better than Doutor, another Musashi-Koyama store. We recommend the spacious sofa seats on the window side. M	Mari.S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 武蔵小山駅前のザ・モールの2階にある、ドトールの高級版カフェレストランです(いっても高級ファミレスよりははるかに低価格です)。店内は静かでゆったりと落ち着いた感じ、若干北欧風です。また明るく広々としています。今回はお茶に立ち寄りました。ちょこっと甘いものが食べたかったので苺のフルーツサンド(ドリンク込み)1080円をシェアしましたが美味しくて量もあり満足です。ドトールブレンド450円は普通に美味しいですが、甘い物にはビターブレンド450円の方が良いかも知れません。いずれも量がたっぷりで嬉しいです。ランチメニューも沢山あり、850〜1000円というリーズナブルな価格で提供されていて良心的だと思います。次は喫茶店のビーフカレーというのを食べてみたいです。 Located on the 2nd floor of The Mall in front of Musashi-Koyama Station, this is Doutor's high-end cafe restaurant (much cheaper than the high-end family restaurant). Doutor blend 450 yen is usually delicious, but for sweets, bitter blend 450 yen may be better. I am glad that the amount of each is plentiful. There are many lunch menus, and I think they are conscientious because they are offered at a reasonable price of 850 to 1000 yen. Next, I would like to eat beef curry at a coffee shop.
M	M Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入り口すぐのお客様から丸見えのところにゴミの放置1時間以上。店員さんも床に落としたメニューを拭かずにそのまま戻す。この時代にあり得ないくらいの不衛生。しかも土日はいつもスタッフ足りてないのかお店がまわっておらず、席が空いてるのに案内も待つし、料理提供も遅い。ここの店大丈夫かな？ Entrance immediately allowed to stand for 1 hour or more of garbage away from your full view.
