佐	佐藤文宣（ふーみん） on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ザンギ（北海道の鶏の唐揚げ）発祥店と言われる、釧路の「鳥松」で修行された方が開業されたお店です。塩や既に味付けされているものを除けば、ウスターソース風のタレにつけて食べる釧路スタイルです。鶏の各部位のザンギがあるようです。揚げ方が上手なのか、衣がサクッとしていて、軽く感じるザンギでした。一通り全てのザンギを食べましたが、どれも美味しかったです。何よりもコスパが良いのが一番ですね！ This shop was opened by a person trained in Kushiro's “Torimatsu”, which is said to be the origin of Zangi (Hokkaido chicken fried chicken). 秋	秋澤英行 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 北海道料理の店は初めて来たけどやっぱり北海道の食べ物は旨いものばかりだな！此処の店の名前にもなってるザンギは生姜醤油に漬けた王道の唐揚げで家庭で食べてた味で懐かしさを感じたし飽きのこない味だな！ジンギスカン焼きうどんってのは普通の無難な焼きうどんで旨かったしジャガバターがスゴく良かった！やっぱり北海道といったら馬鈴薯だな！バターと馬鈴薯はホント合うよな。これほどの王道は無いよ。そして鮭のおにぎりが至ってシンプルなおにぎりなんだけど塩加減が絶妙で良いな！量も結構大きいから食べ応えあるしホントお腹いっぱいになった！この日は此処で夜ごはん食べて満足だったけど唯一不満なのは二人客までだと二階のテーブル席だか座敷だかに入れないのはガッカリしたな。それからキタキツネ焼きっていうの頼んだのに出て来なかったな。ちゃんと注文を聞いてもらいたいものだな。料理は星4つ出す価値有るけど接客は星２つ程度の接客だな。もう少し接客というものを学ぶべきだな。 This is my first time to visit a Hokkaido restaurant, but after all the food in Hokkaido is delicious!
