高	高原容子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 酵素風呂とランチを食べに行きました。どちらも完全予約制です。糠を発酵させた風呂(見た目は砂風呂かな)に13～15分程入浴するのですが、しばらくすると顔中に汗をかきます。その後、少し休憩した後、ランチをいただきました。野菜をふんだんに使ったメニューです。ご飯、汁物、おかずの洋風定食スタイルでした。健康を意識したメニューにも関わらず、優しい味で美味しかった♪食後に糀甘酒コーヒーを初めて飲んでみたけど、糀甘酒の違和感はそんなに無く美味しかったです。毎日毎食このような食事をしていたら本当に健康的になるだろうなと思いました。身体の中から健康的にキレイになれる店です。 I went to eat an enzyme bath and lunch.
