接客も素晴らしく、いつも活気に溢れている。大きな窓越しに整備風景を眺めながらコーヒータイムも^ ^

We visited the original OEM manufacturer Mazda for a repair request due to a Mitsubishi Delica Van failure.
From the quotation to the completion, the response was great.
As for my private car, I really thought about making a Mazda car next time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ホイール付きのタイヤ交換、バランス調整なしで1時間かかる。予約もしており、時間は空いていたと思う。後から来たエンジンオイル交換が30分。
お昼ご飯で周りが暗くなって声をかけると慌てて領収書の準備をしてました。
人により対応が違うようです。
It takes 1 hour without tires with wheels and balance adjustment. I have made a reservation and I think I had free time. 30 minutes to change the engine oil that came later.
I was hurriedly preparing for the receipt when it became dark around me when I called out for lunch.
It seems that each person responds differently.
