近くに広いパーキングがあるのは評価出来る。

タレの濃さもちょうど良く。外はカリッと身もしっかりしています。
上丼だとご飯の中にも鰻が入ってます！
道路を挟んだ向かいにも鰻屋がありますが、私は断然こっち派です！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 碧南の九重味醂さんを訪問する途中ランチに初訪問。土曜日12時頃お店に到着。うなぎ屋さんは予約していないと入れないか長時間待たないといけないことが多いのでダメ元を覚悟してたのですが、待つことなく席につけました。
テーブル席が3つに座敷席が7つ。加えてカウンターが4席あります。お店を出るまで満席になることはありませんでした。
駐車場は少し離れたところに広いスペースがあります。
うなぎ専門店ではないようでお刺身などのメニューもあります。うなぎは丼が3種に鰻重、蒲焼きなどがあります。
注文したのは上うな丼。うなぎが上に3切れと中にも入っています。お吸い物が肝吸でなかったのが少し残念でしたが美味しくいただきました。
First visit for lunch on the way to visit Mr. Kokonoe Mirin in Hekinan. Arrived at the shop around 12:00 on Saturday. The eel shop often had to wait for a long time to get in unless I made a reservation, so I was prepared to use it, but I took a seat without waiting.
There are 3 table seats and 7 tatami mat seats. In addition, there are 4 seats at the counter. It wasn't full until I left the store.
The parking lot has a large space at a distance.
It doesn't seem to be an eel specialty store, and there are menus such as sashimi. There are 3 types of eel bowls, such as eel and kabayaki.
I ordered Unadon. There are 3 slices of eel on the top and inside. It was a little disappointing that the soup was not liver soup, but it was delicious.

三河のうなぎのパリパリッと口の中で音が響く食感は初めてでした。
タレも追加することなく十分に絡んでいてとても美味しく頂きました。
アルコール消毒やパーテーションなどで感染対策もしっかりされていて、入退店で大将の挨拶まであり気持ち良く食事が出来ました。
ごちそうさまでした。
I ordered Unaju, Hitsumabushi, and fried shrimp set meal.
It was the first time for me to hear the crispy texture of Mikawa eel in my mouth.
It was very delicious because it was fully entwined without adding sauce.
Infection control was well taken by alcohol disinfection and partitioning, and I was able to eat comfortably with the general's greeting at the entrance and exit.

ここ数年で一番美味かったです。
うな重を頂きましたがご飯と鰻が別盛り、タレは濃いめで好み、中はフワフワ。
たまらんです。
