★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めのうちは出してくれたお茶のｻｰﾋﾞｽそっちのけで発毛・化粧品・Lsui定期購入など不要なものを毎回勧めてくるのが煩わしかった。ずっと縮毛矯正+パーマ(10万円近く)を勧められていたがこっちにも考えがありいよいよお断りした。すると以前からうすうす感じていた金にならない面倒臭い客アピールが凄かった。まるで存在を無視したかのような無言の作業。更には2ヶ月以上先の予約をこちらの予定を無視し自分の都合を押し付けてくる始末。客には困ってませんとでも言っているかの様な対応だった。単価も他より高めだと思いながらも信じてケア代含め1年半で15万近くかけて通った。良心的だと感じられたのは初めの2回まで。利己的で行くのが嫌になった。
At first, it was bothersome to recommend unnecessary items such as hair growth, cosmetics, and regular Lsui purchases for the tea service that was served. I had been recommended to straighten hair straightener + perm (near 100,000 yen), but I refused to think about it. Then, the troublesome customer appeal that wasn't going to be the money that I had been feeling thin before was amazing. Silent work as if ignoring existence. Furthermore, reservations that are more than 2 months ahead will be ignored, ignoring this schedule and imposing your own circumstances. The response was as if they were saying they were not in trouble. I believed that the unit price was higher than the others, but I believed that I spent nearly 150,000 in a year and a half including care. The first two times I felt conscientious. I was selfish and hate going.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何年もお世話になっていますが、オーナーの百瀬さんは本当に熱心に髪の事勉強されていて、長野県ではここ以上に髪の悩みを解決してくれるところはないと思います。デメリットもきちんと説明してくれて信頼できるのも魅力です。くせ毛やダメージなど人によって違う悩みを見事に解決してくれます。完全予約制で１人なので、気も使わずコロナ禍にも安心して来店できます。オーナーの百瀬さんが、常に新しい事にチャレンジしてくれてるのも楽しみですね。
I have been indebted to you for many years, but the owner, Mr. Momose, is really studying hair, and I don't think there is any better solution to hair problems in Nagano prefecture. It is also attractive that you can trust it by explaining the disadvantages properly. It solves different problems such as curly hair and damage. Since it is a complete reservation system and one person, you can come to the store without worrying about the corona virus. I'm looking forward to the owner, Mr. Momose, always trying new things.
