★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 住所変更で行きました。別の転勤地では、出来たのですが、最初出来ないと言われ、困りましたが、別の受付の方が、あちこち連絡してくれて、何とか手続きが済み、ホッとしました。また移動する際は、更新日が近いので、早めに手続きをと丁寧に案内していただきました。私の後から、来られた年配の方にも、根気良く何度も優しく説明されている姿が見られ、帰り道、とっても良い気分になれました。
